Hai again...
wah its been omost 1 month since my last entry...
hmm nak wat camne, start dari mggu study week tu, sy busy giler study...
smpaikan nak men facebook pun takde masa..ni kan plak mo update blog..

well~ i think better for me ntuk critakan apa yg berlaku spjg mggu exam ni...
hehe mggu study week pas ni baru crita..


Alhamdulilah, exam kali ni sy dapat menempuhnya dgn lancar tanpa ada any halangan..
if dulu time2 exam sy mesti sakit, but for this time sy dpt jawab exam dgn keadaan yg sihat..
at first sy risau gak if sy sakit last2 minute time exam coz spnjg mggu study week tu i really work hard
n stay up smpai ke pagi semata-mata mo habiskan sisa2 chapter yg tak tercover habis...tgh mlm plak asyik bantai megi jee...ish3 sik baik la tak sakit...


k la meh sy "summarize" bout my feeling n bout what happen time exam hri tu...

1st day of exam, kmi disajikan dgn module community n medicine...
trus trang ckp, sy mmg x brape minat skit module ni coz its all fact n susah mo bygkan time hafal...
module ni mmg memerlukan pemahaman yg tnggi oo...


awal pagi tu kmi jwb paper2..soalan meq n esay..
sy dpt je ketas soalan trus jwb meq tanpa p selak bhgian esay...
i'm quite happy coz soalan meq kebykannya sy bleh jwb...
sal byk soalan repeat from last year n m.test hari tu...
rase kejap je jwb meq sal soalan ade 6 je..haha 1st time jwb soalan meq sesikit tu...


then beralih plak p soalan esay...
OMG...there are 3 qs..n we need to answer 2..
soalan 1st pasal health promotion...
2nd about transition of demograpy
3rd bout nutrition (growth chart)


mule2 sy mcm nak jwb soalan 1st, tp sy tak pasti soalan tu nak apa sebenarnya..
dlm otak sy just terbayangkan 6 steps buat HP tu..huhu x nak ambik risiko sy pun decide jwb soalan 2nd n 3rd...


mase sy byk dihabiskan jwb soalan 2nd tu...if korang nak tau tgal 15 minute je lgi bru sy start buat soalan 3rd...aduinaaa yg ni sy btol2 hantam jaa tulis ni...just mention apa nutrition yg penting ntuk bdn...teda elaboration langsung...huhuhu die oooo...habis je exam, bru sy rasa mnyesal coz x jwb soalan 1st..at least sy still tau 6 steps tu...arrgghhh mnyesal dah tak berguna...just harap yg i can get markah kesian oo for my esay...tawakal~


petang plak paper mcq...
adehh soalan dia susah giler ooo...
buang karen je kmi baca notes..
soalan dia mcm teda dlm nota pun..
ikut logik...
hoho sy sempat lgi terlelap time jwb soalan..
not just once but many2 time...hehehe sik bek laa terlelap kejap je...
if tak, confirm kelam kabut sy jwb...

2nd day...here we go infection & nutrition deficiency....


overall ok laa jwb qs ntuk module ni...
lgipun kmi telah byk mndpat tips2 bernas from prof Murtaza...
hehe thanks prof...jasamu dikenang!!

but...i'm still worrying bout my esay..
sy jwb soalan typhoid fever n cephalosporin...
ntuk cephalosporins tu mmg lancar je jwb coz dah hafal kan hehe peace..
but ntuk typhoid fever tu, sy agak mngambil risiko...
coz b4 exam kmi pernah dpt sms mngatakan not simply p answer qs prof amalina...
huhu ntuk esay kali ni ada 3 soalan...
1st typhoid fever
2nd cephalosporin
3rd nutrition - obesity

antara 3 soalan tu, sah2 soalan 1st soalan from prof amalina kan..
huhu mule2 sy agak ragu2 nak jwb...but i just tell my self..u have to do it...
drpda jwb nutrition yg sy lngsung x baca part obesity tu...so sy decide jwb tyhphoid fever...
sy just tulis apa yg sy tau n hopefully apa yg sy tulis tu membawa makna n not just simply a rubbish...
till now i really dunno nape kmi diberi warning spya jgn jwb soalan prof A... huhu maybe prof strict kot time beri markah...wuuuu takutnyaa....just wish for the best...

after gap one day...its time for cardiorespiratory module...

sepatutnya we should answer it well coz our last m.test is this module...
so for sure masih segar dlm ingatan apa yg kmi study ntuk m.test hari tu...

but for me, its not spt yg dijangkakan...
lgpun time study week i choose to study this module first...
so bile dah akhir2 ni kbykan apa yg distudy awal2 omost forgot oredi..
mase gap 1 day sy habiskan masa study module cardiorespi je tnpa mnyentuh module musculo...
time study tu sy rasa mcm sy start study dari awal...coz byk dah yg lupe huhu...

hmm mase jwb soalan exam...
soalan meq ok2 laa...yg x tau jwb just hantam je tulis...
hehe mmg dah start practice petua sifu...makesure jgn biar kosong..just write what u know...

the same problem i faced...its about the essay...
adehh i'm quite dissapointed coz hypertension kuar part meq n not essay...
ayoyo do u know how much time i habiskan smta2 hafal sal hypertension tu??haha bout half day n sy siap praktis tulis esay 3 pages lagi...skalinya soalan hypertension just kuar d meq...kuciwaaaa beebbbb!!

yg kuar essay:
1st lung cancer
2nd infective endocarditis
3rd calcium channel blocker "antihypertensive drugs"

rupa2nya soalan essay omost same as past year..adeh nyesalnyee tak tnya org...
mase pagi2 tu, rmai org yg hafal sal lung cancer...dorang ckp masuk esay..
bile sy dgr je, trus sy p aa belek2 sal lung cancer tu...huhu tp sy x bawa lec notes asal..
yg sy ade just my notes yg tramat la ringkas..if nak buat esay confirm x ckup point...
so sy just baca light2 je...

skalinya btol2 kuar esay...naahhh rasaaiiin looo...
hoho so sy pun decide la jwb infective endocarditis n antihypertensive drugs..
yg drugs tu i'm quite yakin la with myself...hehe sy rasa soalan sal drugs ni best gakk if dibuat soalan esay...
but ntuk infective endocarditis...sy just tulis what i know...yg paling sy ingat just dia pnya definition n pathogenesis je..yg len just ingat2 mcm tu je...so pndai2 la goreng pa yg patut kan...huhu hopefully dr ohnmar x strict sgt sal markah....

hmm time mcq plak mmg lawak laa...
soalan mcq ntuk part atas2 tak brapa clear...but for me i still can see it very clear n its not a problem to me...
but all the lectures seems like really kelam kabut...lebih2 lagi dr zahirul...hehe siap suh org buat photocopy yg original lgi...adeh yg kin lawaknya, tgal less than 5 minutes barulah photocopy yg clear tu diedarkan..apakah??? yg kakak tukang jga exam tu pun dah start senyum2 sipu dah...then dr zahirul siap bacakan lgi soalan yg tak clear tu...padahal b4 this dah ada org tolong bacakan...then dr berkali2 ckp sorry n mention its not their fault but pihak canselori yg slah...

ayoyo for me sepa slh ka sepa btol ka its not a big deal to me...yg penting i finished answer the qs n in my mind time tu....i just wanna to sleep~~~ mngantuk giler ooo...mana taknya mlm stay up till pagi study...tido just 2-3 jam je...huhuhu sik bek sy still leh fikir dgn waras time jwb soalan meq n esay...

p/s: dr~ help me plizzzz~give me a gud mark sy janji sy akan fokus time dlm kelas huhu ^.*

yeaaahhh last writing paper for last module musculoskeletal...
ermmm well3...Huuuuuhhhh~ this paper quite hard ooo...

meq? i did my best to answer but still cant write anyting for last qs bout the INR n wafarin tu...
so i just biarkan kosong...soalan len ok2 laa...dah la soalan 1st tu dr tan siap suh lukis sal osteochondroma...
fuhhh sik bek mlm b4 exam, sy nmpak amin lukis2 kat nota dia (sy kan study dgn dia hoho)..so bleh aa ingat skit2 hehe...

esay plak as expected soalan osteosarcoma kuar...
list esay qs:
1st osteosarcoma
2nd drugs administration
3rd diagnose (maybe sq cell carcinoma)

sy jwb soalan 1st n 2nd...
hmm mase sy byk habiskan jwb soalan 1st..
not so confidence with my answer but i oredi did my best..
siap suh lukis2 lagi...sy ni fhm2 laa, if bab lukis2 ni mmg la fail skit hik3...
tp yg x bleh blaaahhhh laaa...kan ade soalan 3 site cancer tu metastasize kan..
b4 jwb sy still ingat lagi BBL brain bone lung....walaweii nyesal siot sal tak catit awal2...
nak tau apa yg sy tulis??? Brain lung n BRONCHUS....hahahahahahahaha sssoooooottttt~~~~~
aduuuuiiii dah laa soalan dr tan tu...i die oooo diee~~~~
sy siap renung lgi c wai leong yg duk depan sy tu...n imagine dlm badan die ade organ apa yg start with B slain brain...but tol2 tak terlintas dlm fikiran sy bout the BONE....arrrggghhhh lawak kan?? tu laahh anything can happen during exam...dun be too confident k...for sure i'll remember smpai mati bout BBL ni mcm kes aspirin hari tu haha...till now i remember yg aspirin can cause ASTHMA!!

then ntuk soalan drug administration plak, sy kelam kabut buat, so point mmg tak tersusun...awal2 tulis dlm bentuk esay then last2 bile masa tak ckup sy just buat point2 jee...huhuhu byk sgt aspek yg dr shamsur mau...aduhhh mmg hancooo laa my esay for this time...

p/s: hmm bile fikir2 balik omost every module i slit in my essay...huhuhu just pray n tawakal...kita dah brusaha n hanya tuhan yg berkuasa menentukan...hopefully kita semua bleh pass dgn cemerlangnys ntuk every modules...amiiinnnn....

next post i'll continue summarize about 2nd week of exam...
