eeeeeeee geram giler aku dgn miss fb tu!! not facebook k, but aderlah someone tu!! i think some of u might know who’s that person…

nak dijadikan crite, smlm aku dpt idea nak suh every1 ntuk cover male ward and the next day 2gether cover female ward..

tujuan aku just ntuk meringankan beban smua org..bkn nak menambahkan beban!! coz previously we separately cover 2 ward..suppose this week my gp cover female & her gp cover male, but memandangkan posting pun dah nak hbis, dtmbah lgi just left 2 wr je lg, so salahke aku nk smua org same2 cover both ward?????

somemore, dr arif kan suke ask every1 to present at least 1 case, if we just let 1 gp cover the whole male/female ward, means for 1 session of wr there will be only 7 person present & if got times maybe the same person need to present twice, then the other 7 persons will only jdi tukang tgk je..then bila dr tnya sape x present lgi, barulah terkebil2 nak jwb yg u tak incharge for that ward…

so if buat all 14 students cover 1 ward, xdelah perlu susah2 nak cover byk beds..juz cover je la 14 patients enuff! nape perlu nak complicated kan keadaan by insist nk buat pembagian katil yg proper??

hey!! just left 2 more wr la!! no need la nak proper2 sgt! enuff la just cover pt yg depan2 tu..is it to troublesome for u!!!???????????

1st 7 patients cover la by ur gp then next 7 pt cover by mine! no need la nak follow number of bed or room bagai!! just count number of patients only maa!! aiiyeeeerrr cant u juz think as simple as that???

i’m so pissed off la!! smpai2 je ward td, things not run as what i expect…aku plak yg blur coz xtau nak cover bed mana, then biler aku tnya ko, smpat plak ko buat muka hot dgn aku coz aku dtg lambat…ingat aku sngaja ke nak dtg lambat??wth!?? u treat me like a stupid tau tak?? kononla nak mrah coz aku yg come out wif that idea but yet aku yg dtg lmbat & not doing the bed allocations..ntahla, susah sgt kot nak paham arahan aku tu smpai perlu nak proper way of bgi2 katil…

i think i make the thing easy, yet it bcome troublesome bcoz of ur complicated mind!

btw i heard from someone that u said there’s too many problem wif me & troubles owez come from my gp…haha THANKS for that FB!! now i know what u think about me & my leadership…what u can see is just a suck leader! rite??

arrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

i really cant stand with u anymore!! thank God this posting gonna finish in few days!! coz i’m tired to work with people that cannot understand a simple thing and selfish!!

Good bye 2011…..

akhirnya tahun 2011 bakal melabuhkan tirainya, time flews so fast rite? pejam celik je setaun pun berlalu…aku ekceli xbyk pun nak recap story spjg taun 2011 ni…mcm xde bnda interesting je nak crite…haha xpelah, aku try recap month by month…kot2 aku dpt tringatkan something yg intersting ^^

 

--January 2011--

what i can remember was the moment we celebrated new year eve by threw a surprise party to miss rose azyan ^^ ekceli i did planned to surprised mr amin also but he plak yg gave big surprised to us…got so many problems lah that time, fira & sifu last minute cant join us, then plus mr amin yg suddenly disappeared that day…really made me frustrated..

but i’m glad that we still able have a great time together although its only left me, chalen, edith, ed and ros..that day we spent time sight seeing in taman jalil alip, makan besar in garden and lastly karok in Sabah Hotel…

       

kenangan paling best haruslah mase saat2 kmi nak surprisekan ros…haha siot btol lah, bleh2 kantoi half way!! masa karaoke tu, aku ngan edith sludup kluar nak gi ambil kek, left chalen, ed ngan ros dlm bilik…aku plak x expect yg ros akan ikut kmi kluar jg..coz ros ingat kmi saje kluar nak bgi chance chalen berdua dgn ed..hahaha lol! masa aku ngan edith tgh nyalakan lilin, tup2 ros muncul kat blakang kiteorg..at last kmi 2 plak yg tersurprised hahaha…but at the end kmi paksa ros masuk smula dlm bilik and juz pretend she dun know anything kekeke..

and that’s how we celebrate the opening of 2011 :)

then the remaining January, kmi habiskan saat2 terakhir di bumi sandakan coz at the end of jan, kmi akan berpindah balik ke ums smula..

i think that time kmi byk hbiskan msa mlepak dkat kdai mkn coz xde tmpat len dah nak lepak..i really miss “the boss” , “tomato”, “Nur Ain” , “sim-sim ikan bakar”, “modern curry house”, “ajmeer” , “sandakan curry house”,“food court kat pasar am yg murah giler tu”, “7th heaven - wlpun juz prgi bbrpa kali je”, “ocean king” , “keniogan - kdai abg siti, best mknan kat situ ^^”and etc…last but x least --> “habeeb” kdai mamak yg paling cekik darah!! aku sure xkan jejak kaki kat situ lgi melainkan terpaksa haha

 

antara kenangan di sandakan:

 

- hang out wif my friends dkat mini zoo gum2..xsangka dkat area supermarket tu bleh ade zoo?? haha wlpun kecik je but quite fun la, ade monyet, memerang, buaye, burung & etc…yg paling best haruslah tasik ikan dia..cantik siot..

     

 

- shopping raya with ros & chalen..haha thanks a lot coz sudi jadi perunding imej time tu..ekceli since that i started dgn fesyen selendang :) dat time sehari suntuk round 1 bandar sandakan semata cari baju raya sy..at last jumpe jg..

- lepaking wif the gangs <3<3<3

 

 

         

 

 

--February 2011--

 

its february!! love month <3<3<3 tapi sayangnye aku still single, so xde modal lah nak crite psal valentine…

but nevermind, i got other important thing to share baa…hihi paiseh ler plak nak recap psal tu..mcm syok sndri plak =.=

k lah dipendekkan crita, its about my birthday (n.n) haha thanks so much guys for the surprised..i seriusly din expect it gonna happen on 25th February..lol! dah la msa tu tgh busy study for prof exam…

that day aku sepatutnya study gp wif amin, but end up the study session turn to be a birthday party and ghost story telling session..haha i really enjoy my self that time..thanks amin, alyn, ros, chalen, edith, fira and sylvia..(yg paling smngat bercrite tu miss sylvia lah..meremang sgala bulu kite org dgr crite hantu dia tu isk3)

thanks oso for the presents..i really appreciated it..

hmmm but during the actual day of my birthday 27th feb…i expect it will be a fun day for me but it turn out to be opposite..i cant remember what ekceli happen..i juz ingat that day i went out wif him & lepak2 in 1B..but sure got something happen leh…something yg coz our mood bcome down..if u guys want to know more bout it..can try usha my prev post

2 things in march…

1. Professional exam I

- what i can say is, it was a disaster…but syukur ke hadrat illahi kami semua passed :)

- MCQ i totally screwed it out..damn!! susah kot soalan dia..adeke patut soalan pharmaco yg byk kena tnya..lol aku yg sememangnye xbrape study sal pharmaco ni mmg juz hentam brabis je lah..isk3 xtau la brape marks yg aku dpt dlm mcq tu..for sure ciput je huhu

- MEQ/LEQ : hmm the qs quite ok lah esp the essay part..coz i did study bout the topic…if i’m not mistaken the qs were diabetes mellitus & cholera… the MEQ part so-so lah..the qs not so clinical oo..its more like theoretical qs which we learnt during year 1 & year 2…

- Short cases: haha i screwed it also!!! oh gosh nasib la aku dpt dr win maung ngan dr u tin nu..klau dpt dr yg killer xtau ler ape nasib aku..i got respi case & thalasemia..i screwed in the respi coz i cant elecit anything from the examination..then aku pandai2 pgi create pathological finding..end up aku xtau nak conclude pgi diagnosis ape…nasib ler passed haha

- OSCE: erm ade osce ke time exam hri tu? nape aku xdpt recall anything ek??? lol

 

2. Its holiday time!!!!

we supposed to have 2 months holiday but disebabkan makcik chin, our holiday kena cut short to 1 month..kononya if awal start 4th year, awal ler kmi habis..lol byk ler..biler tgk schedule lebih kurang jga 5th year nnti habis dlm bulan april..xde beza pun..

xpsal2 4th year kena spent for omost 1 year..slalunye if plus 2 sems pun xsmpai 12 bulan..gggggrrrr~~~

nevermind la, lgipun skang we omost finished our 4th year ady haha..mmg tak rase pun masa berlalu ni..

so lets get to the main point..

so during holiday last time , aktiviti aku kat kampung haruslah makan makan dan makan…xtau ler brape kg berat aku bertambah time tu..ditambah lgi pakcik akudok prepare petai & kerdas special ntuk aku..fuhh mmg berpinggan la nasi bertambah if pekena dgn ulam2man faveret aku tu…

slain tu, sempat jga aku melantak seguni durian time cuti tu..hihi thanks to my dad coz import durian jauh dari johor keke..

others activities~~~

buat dodol, bako lemang, bako kek, bako satay, celebrated birthday my grandma & lovely kazen, jalan2 shopping wif family, & last but x least mandi sungai!!! my faveret act klau balik kmpung hihi..mmg x sah if x mndi sngai ^^

 

   

 

  

 

--April 2011--

 

april hmmm…aku rase still cuti lgi…kmi start klas pun mase end of april..so spjg april tu xde bnda sgt lah nak direcap kan melainkan aku byk spent time dgn family aku..klau awal2 cuti tu aku byk habis masa dkat kampung, hujung2 cuti plak haruslah spent mase dkat kuantan puler..

aktiviti xbyk pun…haha rasenye most of the time aku duk rumah tido, tgk tv and ader r juge time aku merajinkan diri mengusha maa aku masak kat dapur..sempat ler juga blaja masak nasi ayam hri tu..ermm tp skang aku dah x ingat dah camne caranya hahaha…haizz nyesal tak catit resepi time tu…grrrrr aku bajet aku bleh ingatler coz msa menuntut ilmu tu aku tgk cam senang je…xyah catit pun xpe kot…hahaha ambek ko!! skang dah lupe!! hayoo!

ekceli aku plan nak ambil lesen krete time cuti tu..tp end up x jadi coz cuti aku xsmpai 2 bulan pun..coz if nak ambil lesen at least kene 2 bulan kan..btw nasib jg lah aku x dftar skali dgn adik aku..coz tmpatblaja yg adik aku dftar tu mmg lambat giler la servis dorang..suke hati je delay kelas..xsilap lebih 2 bulan jglah adik aku bru brjaya dpt lesen tu..haizz adik aku dah dpt lesen, aku plak smpai ke sudah xdpt2 T.T

 

end of april…

its time to back to the “reality”…aku balik ums 24hb..most of us pun balik tarikh yg same..and the day b4 was sifu’s birthday..

eventhough sume org still homesick mode, we still manage to plan something for our lovely chingu (^^)

the plan started soon after i arrived to KKIA..cik ros , chalen & edith came fetch me & we straight away went to cp to find cake..mianhae sifu coz the cake not so nice coz tu je yg kmi jumpe time2 genting mcm tu..

sampai bilik we saw sifu tgh lepak2 dkat katil, nmpak mcm nak tido je..tu confirm tgh homesick tu..kmi msa tu kalut jga xtau camne nak surprisekan dia..at first plan nak celebrate dkat bilik fira, but last minute tkar pgi blik ros..

biler kmi nmpak sifu mcm dah tido, kmi pun tutup lampu blik & dtg terjah bufday girl with the cake..the expression that we got…erm blur?? hahaha pura2 lgi blur sana, padahal sdah dpt rasa something kan XD

so the rest of the night, we spent time together chit chat & melantak dkat blik ros..its really happening la..slain kek, ade jga menu tambahan dari pahang..hehe dodol ler~~

 

that day oso we all dpt tau satu gosip panas about our colleague mr Z..haha kmi mati2 susah nak caye yg mr Z ade affair wif bdak 2nd year miss D tu..ekceli mlm tu dorang kantoi dgn aku masa aku pgi cafe hntar kan kek ntuk amin..hahaha balik je bilik trus r aku buka crite dgan dorang sume..isk3 punyerlah jah giler haha!! btw now aku xtau la ape prkembngan dorang..ade aku kesah??? lol

ekceli aku xberkenan sgt dkat minah tu..ntah ler for me she is juz attention seeker..she’s really got something that make me unfavoured her..(tb2 mode memanas -.-)

 

 

--May 2011--

 

1. we started our common lecture for 1 month before we all divided into 6 postings..awal2 tu enjoy ler juga coz best xde homework yg perlu dibuat..keje kiteorg juz attend lect je..tp lama2 berasap jugalah otak coz lect dari pagi smpai petang for everyday??? aigooo bleh dpt strok oo mcm ni..rase mcm zaman year 1 & 2 je..lect 24/7 x_x

2. celebrating birthday 2 org twins --> “charlene esther charles” & “rodtney hererra”…memandangkan celebrate skali dgn rodtney, so the crowds quite berbeza lah dis time..if slalunye muke geng kiteorg je, dis time plus kaykeng & the gengs..mmg siot je dorang tu, tp most of them refuse ntuk mkn kek..aku pun xpaham nape, adekah kek yg kmi beli tu x dpt diterima oleh tekak mereka?? or maybe jg dorang dah kenyang??hmm ntahla..

btw kmi celebrate dkat port yg sama during 1st year time..dkat pondok depan blok e tu ^^

if dulu kmi gune alasan kk nak buat meeting about our gp health promotion, skang kmi gune alasan pupuk plak..hihi kmi suh keneth kol chalen & suh dia dtg ambil buku pupuk dkat pondok tu…kmi tau jga cara tu so lame, i bet she ady knew something wrong somewhere regarding the thing..tp ape2pun, chalen still muncul tepat pda waktunya skali dgn mr rodtney..hehe so the celebration begun :)

      

 

3. end of may…its time to celebrate birthday miss zafyrah zaki (27th may)& combine with miss edith thomas (15th June)..

we choose to celebrate it on 28th May 2011, ekceli on the same day, i had lost my lovely mr lolipop T.T so bleh dikatakan dlm suasana hepi tu ade kedukaan yg terpaksa aku lalui..

aku malas dah nak decribed lebey2..detailnye aku dah coretkan dlm post kat bwah ni…so klau agak2 nak tau ape yg terjadi & nak tgk betapa emonya aku time tu, siler la klik link kat bwh tu ye..

btw we spent our time that day by pizza-ing, movie-ing and lastly wojamama-ing…sambil2 tu smpat jgalah usha2 hp baru ^^..haha cpat jga kadar recovery aku isk3 -.-

 

    

 

4. 29th may was the date i bought my samsung galaxy mini (n.n)..hilang hp sehari, esknye trus dah dpt cari penganti isk3..hehe aku mmg xleh hdup tanpa hp di sisi..coz sumber music & alarm sume bergantung dgn hp..so mmg parak r if xde hp ni..smpaikan tido pun xlena coz aku if tido wajib kene ade music..

ekceli masa usha hp tu, aku nyaris nak beli hp yg sama cam yg hilang tu..aku mmg syg giler kot hp tu coz features dia cute sgt! tp biler pikir pnye pikir, xberbaloi la aku go once again with that choice..its better for me to pick something different, memandangkan time tu mmg musim android & smart phone, so i go for samsung galaxy mini..harga pun reasonable lah ntuk smart phone kan..

awalnye aku xyakin sgt dgn samsung ni, coz rmai org ckp brand samsung ni cam xbrape ohm..but i still go for it coz i tot its berbaloi baa..lantak la org nak ckp ape, try dulu bru tau maa best xbest..

so far i like everything about the phone except for the camera quality, coz compare to LG with the same Mp, LG is much better..my previous lolipop ady proof it..the colour more clear & sharp..

btw i din notice that the phone ekceli got problem wif the sound system coz if i play full volume music, the sound crack~ haha i tot its normal for a samsung phone..until my rumet bought the same phone as mine and when i compared the sound, it was different..haizz ternyatalah my phone yg ada msalah..nasib ler got warranty..so i bring the phone to samsung center & they fixed it..xsmpai sehari dah siap ^^ hehe thanks god..now my phone able to function well without any prob hoho

 

5. other activities that we have during may~~~

 

gaya street jalan2 sempena kaamatan celebration~~ with the gangs (all present ^^)

   

 

a date  with alyn, ros & charlene (suria sabah makan2 --> lok kawi wildlife park)

 

   

 

menerjah UMS aquarium with special guest mr william..

     

p/S; i guess i better stop till may first..coz i afraid i cant publish the post if i continue till the end due to overload of pictures…takut kang hang ler plak..

haha i tot i can finish the post within a day..but i failed..looks like i got lots of things to share…so it will be continue soon~~

wait for part 2 yaa..i cant promise i can finish it b4 exam..maybe i will postpone it coz i havent study yet for my ortho!! oh gosh wasting so much time doing nothing!!
