eeeeeeee geram giler aku dgn miss fb tu!! not facebook k, but aderlah someone tu!! i think some of u might know who’s that person…

nak dijadikan crite, smlm aku dpt idea nak suh every1 ntuk cover male ward and the next day 2gether cover female ward..

tujuan aku just ntuk meringankan beban smua org..bkn nak menambahkan beban!! coz previously we separately cover 2 ward..suppose this week my gp cover female & her gp cover male, but memandangkan posting pun dah nak hbis, dtmbah lgi just left 2 wr je lg, so salahke aku nk smua org same2 cover both ward?????

somemore, dr arif kan suke ask every1 to present at least 1 case, if we just let 1 gp cover the whole male/female ward, means for 1 session of wr there will be only 7 person present & if got times maybe the same person need to present twice, then the other 7 persons will only jdi tukang tgk je..then bila dr tnya sape x present lgi, barulah terkebil2 nak jwb yg u tak incharge for that ward…

so if buat all 14 students cover 1 ward, xdelah perlu susah2 nak cover byk beds..juz cover je la 14 patients enuff! nape perlu nak complicated kan keadaan by insist nk buat pembagian katil yg proper??

hey!! just left 2 more wr la!! no need la nak proper2 sgt! enuff la just cover pt yg depan2 tu..is it to troublesome for u!!!???????????

1st 7 patients cover la by ur gp then next 7 pt cover by mine! no need la nak follow number of bed or room bagai!! just count number of patients only maa!! aiiyeeeerrr cant u juz think as simple as that???

i’m so pissed off la!! smpai2 je ward td, things not run as what i expect…aku plak yg blur coz xtau nak cover bed mana, then biler aku tnya ko, smpat plak ko buat muka hot dgn aku coz aku dtg lambat…ingat aku sngaja ke nak dtg lambat??wth!?? u treat me like a stupid tau tak?? kononla nak mrah coz aku yg come out wif that idea but yet aku yg dtg lmbat & not doing the bed allocations..ntahla, susah sgt kot nak paham arahan aku tu smpai perlu nak proper way of bgi2 katil…

i think i make the thing easy, yet it bcome troublesome bcoz of ur complicated mind!

btw i heard from someone that u said there’s too many problem wif me & troubles owez come from my gp…haha THANKS for that FB!! now i know what u think about me & my leadership…what u can see is just a suck leader! rite??

i really cant stand with u anymore!! thank God this posting gonna finish in few days!! coz i’m tired to work with people that cannot understand a simple thing and selfish!!
